Nothing better than winding down to a cup of coffee with a great tasting banana split cake ( so I like to call it 🙂 )! For this Friday treat, I thought about making our normal banana bread but I decided to take another turn and give this recipe a twist by adding the chocolate infusion into the layers. Each layer is filled with swiss meringue buttercream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Simply irresistible!
